For Buyers

Discovering Assets

Browse the marketplace at /marketplace:

• Filter by category, price range, and revenue metrics
• Save searches to get notified when new listings match your criteria
• Add listings to your watchlist for tracking
• Use the comparison tool to evaluate listings side-by-side

Making an Offer

1. Find a listing you’re interested in
2. Click Make Offer to submit a direct offer, or Bid if it’s an auction
3. Negotiate through the messaging system
4. Once agreed, funds are held in escrow until transfer is verified

Auctions

Two auction formats:

• English auction — ascending bids, highest wins
• Dutch auction — descending price, first to accept wins

Anti-sniping protection extends auctions when late bids arrive.

Due Diligence

For significant purchases, request access to the due diligence room:

• Review financial data (traffic, revenue)
• Inspect technical details
• Ask questions through secure messaging

For Sellers

Creating a Listing

1. Navigate to /marketplace/listing/create
2. Fill in asset details: description, financials, asking price
3. Add supporting data (traffic screenshots, revenue proof)
4. Submit for review

Escrow & Transactions

All transactions use escrow protection:

1. Buyer deposits funds into escrow
2. Seller transfers the asset
3. Buyer verifies the transfer
4. Funds released to seller

Disputes are handled through the platform’s resolution process.
